Refund and Returns Policy
Policy Duration
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
General Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
Special Conditions for Our Unique Antique Items:
- Each piece in our collection is one of a kind. Minor signs of age—such as small chips, surface cracks, or general wear—are considered part of the item’s character and are not eligible for refunds.
- Items sold “as-is”, particularly those with clearly stated defects or damage, are non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
- We do not issue refunds or exchanges for fragile items damaged during shipping, unless the damage is confirmed to be caused by the postal service. In such cases, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
Non-returnable items:
- Items damaged or broken after delivery by the customer.
- Products sold as “as-is” or labeled non-refundable.
- Perishable goods (included for legal completeness; not applicable to our store).
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at pierre@henryhowardantiques.com to request authorization and return instructions.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable and/or insured shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email confirmation.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
- If rejected, we will notify you with the reason.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items.
